How do I contact Powuse regarding my order?

Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us via service@powuse.com. It is important to provide us with your email and telephone number, order number, or tracking number so we can check the status of your order.

How to pay for my order?

We support PayPal payment and Credit Card payment, you can choose either one. Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, please confirm that your billing address is correct.

When can I expect a refund debited to my account once I return the item?

Once you are authorized to return an item back to us, when the tracking number shows that delivered to our return address, we will issue your refund, it will take about 3-5 business days to be processed and returned to your credit card or original method of payment.

How do I return the item?

You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, you need to email us in advance at service@powuse.com. For all eligible returns or exchanges, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website?

As an online business, we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock, and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

Is there any hidden charges to my order?

Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose to pay the shipping fee). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment is finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but it's only less than 0.5% of the total price.

When will my order be shipped out?

Once we receive your order, we will process it on the same day and send it out in 1-2 business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays will be sent out together with Sunday's orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For orders from the United States and the United Kingdom, the package will take about 5-10 business days to deliver, and for orders from Canada and Australia, it will take about 6-11 business days to deliver. For orders from other countries, it will take about 8-12 business days to deliver. For orders of backpack leaf blower, it will take about 2-5 business days to arrive. Some distant areas may take a bit longer.

Do you guarantee delivery time?

Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.

What if my order delivery was delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date. You need to contact us via email timely, we will investigate the logistics status of the package and give you a satisfactory solution.

What if I have received a damaged order?

If you notice your product was delivered damaged or incomplete, please contact us with your order number, video or picture proof of the damaged item, we will send you a new one or directly send a full or partial refund depending on the damage status of the item and your will.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. You can visit our Track Your Order Page for detailed order tracking information.

How do I cancel my order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is there a warranty?

Will using an adapter damage my batteries or tools?

In short, no. Some brands, like Ridgid and AEG, have safety components in the battery, while others have them in the tool. If your battery has these safety features, there's no need to worry. For batteries without these components, it's advisable not to fully discharge them and to stop using the adapter when the battery reaches about 20% charge. As for the tool, there's no risk involved.

Should I remove the adapter from the battery after use?

It depends. If the battery adapter has electronics like a USB port, it's best to remove it from the battery to prevent very slow battery drainage. If the adapter is a simple bypass (directly passing voltage from the battery to the tool), you can leave it attached, similar to an extension cord.
