Warranty Policy

We are committed to maintaining high product quality, conducting thorough inspections on every item before shipment. If our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us directly for assistance. For returns or warranty claims related to orders placed on our official website, please reach out to service@powuse.com.

STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS

  • All our products come with a standard limited warranty.
  • The warranty period (as defined below) begins on the day of package delivery (not the order date).
  • The warranty will not cover physical damage, tampering, modification, or opening of the product.
  • The warranty only covers standard defects.
  • Powuse.com will either replace or repair the product at its discretion.

FOR THE BATTERY ADAPTERS

  • If the battery adapter cannot be fixed through part replacement, the customer must return the adapter to us, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Upon receipt, we will send out a new, repaired, or refurbished battery adapter, with shipping costs from us to the customer covered by us.
  • This warranty does not apply to the tool and/or battery to which the adapter is attached.

FOR OTHER PRODUCTS

  • We are responsible for addressing any product quality issues that arise during the warranty period (applicable to normal use, except for intentional damage). For instance, we will provide free spare parts, cover shipping costs, or offer a certain amount of refund as compensation for repairs.

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • All our products come with a 1-year service warranty.
