2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We use SF Express, China Post, UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx to ship our orders based on your location.
Duties & Taxes
1. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
2. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid by us, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in the destination country.
Handling Time
It will take us 1-2 business days to process orders from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and other countries, and we only process orders between Monday and Friday.
Delivery Time
Normally the shipment will take about 5-12 business days to deliver, however due to certain uncontrollable factors such as natural weather conditions, the delivery time will be extended and may take longer than usual, please refer to the below for various shipping times to international destinations:
United States: Approx. 5-10 business days
Canada: Approx. 6-11 business days
United Kingdom: Approx. 5-10 business days
Australia: Approx. 6-11 business days
Other Countries: Approx. 8-12 business days
Orders Tracking
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

Order Delay
If you do not receive the package within the estimated delivery time, please email us at service@powuse.com, we will help you to check the tracking information of your order, and then give you a satisfactory response.
Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you may look around, check it with your neighbors. After which, the package still does not show itself up, please report it to the shipping carrier company.
